Eddie Adams, Owner and Chef of Table 20-Two, LLC, is "no small potato". This private chef-turned restaurant owner has taken great pride in fusing delectable flavors and spices from around the world.
Chef Eddie spent the last 16 years perfecting his craft through years of travel to explore culinary cuisines and culture. A former student of Pinellas Technical College and The Culinary Institute of America in NY, Chef Eddie mastered his craft while working in a variety of private clubs and restaurants. However, it was his love for creating great food that created the demand for Table 20-Two catering services for private events and corporate clients.
By popular demand, Chef Eddie opened a restaurant named for his specialty dish, the loaded baked potato. His restaurant, affectionately named "Loaded" under his Table 20-Two brand, can be found in Clearwater, FL. With the help of his five employees, Chef Eddie serves a variety of loaded baked potatoes to satisfy every palette.
